XPP Property Scout

XPP Property Scout is a private property acquisition research tool operated by Xanara Property Partners. It is used only by Xanara Property Partners for its own property research. It is not a public service and there is no sign-up.

What it does

• Reads property listing alert emails (for example saved-search alerts from New Zealand property websites) and relevant real estate agency correspondence received in Xanara's own Gmail mailboxes.
• Extracts listing details such as address, suburb, bedrooms, bathrooms, price indication, listing headline and listing link.
• Screens those listings against Xanara's acquisition criteria and removes duplicates.
• Adds a weekly shortlist of properties to Xanara's own customer relationship management (CRM) system for review by Xanara's acquisitions team.

Google account access

Property Scout requests read-only access to Gmail (the gmail.readonly permission) for mailboxes controlled by Xanara Property Partners. It cannot send, delete, label or change any email. How information from Gmail is used, stored and shared is set out in the privacy policy.
